AI disclosure

Deliverables may include AI-assisted content (generated visuals, scripted copy, automated workflows). Our team reviews all outputs before delivery. The client is responsible for disclosing AI-generated content where required by platform terms, advertising standards or applicable regulations.

Revision policy

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the pricing tier. A revision is a change within the originally approved concept (copy, color, composition, minor structural edits). A new creative direction, new feature scope or fundamental change in brief constitutes a new project or a separate revision round billed at the applicable rate.

Revision feedback must be submitted within 5 business days of draft delivery. Feedback received after this window may affect delivery timelines.

IP & ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the final delivered work transfer to the client. Client may use, modify, publish and monetise the deliverable without restriction.

AI-generated elements incorporated in the deliverable are delivered under the same terms. Client is responsible for compliance with any platform-specific rules regarding AI-generated content.

Work-in-progress, rejected concepts and source files remain the property of Moonwright Studio unless explicitly included in the agreed scope.

Payment

Service work requires 50% deposit before project start; the remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final approved deliverable. For retainer arrangements, invoices are issued at the start of each billing period.

Project work does not begin until the deposit is received. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment.
